🌲 What Makes This Home Different

This isn't a dated lake cottage. It's a genuinely new build, with high, lofted ceilings over the open kitchen and bonus room, custom tile showers, and two full living spaces so no one is ever fighting over the TV.

Please note: this home is attached to a separate, private single-family residence with its own entrance. That home is not part of your rental, no one from that residence will be present during your stay, and outdoor spaces are shared between the two.

🛌 Sleeping Arrangements

Bedroom 1, Primary Suite (Main Level) Charcoal gray with a King bed, this spacious primary suite includes a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a custom tile shower and double vanity. High ceilings, a ceiling fan, TV, mini split, and blackout shades complete the room.
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs) A light purple and pink room with a Queen bed, TV, dresser, mini split, a rocking chair, and blackout shades.
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs) Styled in lake blue and aqua tones, with a Queen bed, powered nightstands, a closet, mini split, and blackout shades.
Bedroom 4 (Upstairs) A navy blue room with a Queen bed, powered nightstands, a closet, mini split, and lake views.
Bedroom 5 (Upstairs) A cheerful yellow room with a Queen bed, dual powered nightstands, mini split, ceiling fan, and blackout shade.
Bedroom 6, Office/Den (Main Level) A fully equipped home office with a standing desk, plus a made-up daybed for an additional sleeper.

🛋️ Living Spaces

Downstairs, the kitchen opens into a bonus room with high, lofted ceilings, perfect for games and gathering, with access to a covered patio outside. Upstairs, the entire second floor opens into a shared loft living room overlooking the kitchen below, with its own coffee station, a beverage fridge, and a private balcony over the lake.

🌊 Outdoor Highlights

Walk down to your private dock, or follow the path to the boathouse for the kayaks and paddleboards included with your stay. Relax in the hammock overlooking the water, or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets. A covered patio and a private balcony give you two more ways to take in the lake views.

🍽️ Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a smart range, and two separate coffee setups, one in the kitchen and one in the upstairs loft, so early risers never have to wake the whole house.

🔌 Modern Comfort Throughout

Every bedroom and living space has its own mini split for personal climate control. Charge your electric vehicle right at the house with a universal Level 2 charger, compatible with all major EV brands, not just Tesla. Fast WiFi runs throughout the home.

📹 Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is a Ring doorbell located next to the front door facing out towards the driveway, 1 camera can see the entire from of the home and driveway, and the camera out back looks out at the backyard and down to the lake. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. These cameras record sound and video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay
🛶 Kayaks and paddleboards are available for guest use. The owner's boats and personal watercraft are not available for guest use.
🚿 Please note the property does not currently have a working hot tub.
🧻 Please flush toilet paper only, this property is on a septic system.
🅿️ Please do not park in front of the house, this area sits over the property's former septic system, use the designated parking area
🏠 This home is attached to a separate single-family residence that is not part of the rental and is not available to guests. Your home has its own private entrance and is fully separate living space. Outdoor areas are shared between the two homes.
📉 Seasonal Note: From mid-October to mid-May (depending on lake level and weather), the lake is drawn down. During this time, the dock, swimming, fishing, and kayaks / paddle boards may not be available.
🔥Outdoor fires only in the fire pit; never leave a fire unattended.
🙅 Please note that all cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee, regardless of the timing of cancellation. 100% of the total booking charges (less the $100 fee) will be refunded if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. 50% (less a $50 fee) will be refunded if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival. No refund is issued for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
